Motocross Racer (Sam Bird)
Sam races in the Expert division and is also active in promoting races and events within the dirt bike community. His
racing results for the "2004" racing season was 3rd place overall in the VET Expert Class and also in the Expert
250cc Class at Kahuku Motocross track.
He uses Shaklee Energizing Soy Protein and also the daily packs, his favorite product is the Performance Maximum Endurance
Sports Drink. Sam feels that this product really makes a big difference in his endurance and stamina levels while training
and while racing. It beats Gatorade by a mile hands down. Besides the Shaklee products the only other supplement he uses is

Conditioning is running and light weight training and lots of riding. His advice for up and coming Moto-X racers, "Is
to practice the small stuff like turns and keeping momentum and that will help you the most and the rest will follow"
